Refund policy

At MAABA, we aim to offer a convenient and accommodating return policy that serves our customers' needs effectively. We accept product replacements in these situations:

  • When an incorrect item has been sent, or the delivered product differs from what was selected during order placement

  • When the item arrives in damaged condition

Damaged Items

Should your item be damaged during shipping or upon arrival, please photograph it and send the image to +91 9923059256 through WhatsApp within 24 hours. We will handle the matter quickly.

For safe product returns, we need you to include the original packaging with all protective materials and cushioning, even for broken items. This helps us with our internal review process. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellation

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you wish to cancel your order, please email us at maabaa.store@gmail.com or phone our customer service at +91 9923059256. We're here to help with cancellations. Orders may be canceled within 12-24 hours before shipping. Since we usually ship orders within 24 hours, we suggest contacting us immediately if you need to cancel.

How to Return Items

  1. MAABA provides a 3-day return window starting from when you receive your product. Returns are accepted only for: damaged items, manufacturing defects, and wrong products. This timeframe begins on the delivery date verified by our shipping partners.

  2. To start a return, reach us at maabaa.store@gmail.com or phone us at +91 9923059256 during business hours (10AM-7PM). We're available to guide you through the process.

  3. We ask that you provide two photographs of the item - one showing the damaged area and another of the complete product. Send these to maabaa.store@gmail.com for our Quality Assurance team to evaluate and determine return eligibility.

  4. Once we receive your email with photographs, we'll examine the details and inform you about your Return Request status within 2-3 days. If approved, we'll organize return shipping through the same courier at our expense.

  5. Please package your item securely and hand it to the courier service. Delivery to our warehouse typically takes 5-7 days. Upon arrival, our quality team will inspect the item, and we'll begin processing your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will then appear in your account.

Important reminders - Items must include original packaging with tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (attached to the package), invoice, etc. Products should be unused and in original condition.

Refund Processing

We're confident you'll be satisfied, but if not, simply return your item for a full refund.

All refunds are handled within 2-3 days after the product reaches our warehouse. Refunds can be issued as Store Credits, which is the quickest refund method. Store Credits function as currency with no expiration and no usage restrictions, and are typically processed right away upon confirmation.

Prepaid purchases will be refunded directly to your account, while cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded through NEFT transfer (please share your banking details). Allow 2-3 days for the amount to appear in your account statements.
