She teaches how to deal with Mahishasura. Mahishasur changes shape to deceive you; Kali changes you so deception can never find a home again. Manipulators wear masks woven from charm and sympathy. Kali does not negotiate - she tears the illusion from bone.

Her glory isn't fully narrated without talking about her names! In kaliyuga by chanting only namas with meaning you can attain her! 

The Kākārādi names of Mahākālī rise like embers from sacred fire, each “ka” a pulse of creation and dissolution. As Kālī, she is Time itself -  dark, endless, devouring illusion without malice. As Kapālinī and Karālī, she walks the edge of fear, wearing a skull and silence as ornaments, reminding the soul of impermanence. In Kāntā and Kāma-sundarī, she becomes unbearable beauty, desire purified into devotion, attraction transformed into awakening. Through Karunāmayī and Kṛpānidhi, her terrible form softens, revealing compassion deeper than mercy, love that destroys only what binds. As Kaulinī and Kuṇḍalinī, she sleeps within the seeker, coiled as breath and fire, rising when truth is chosen over comfort. In her many names of Time -  Kālarātri, Kālasaṁhāriṇī, Kālabhayavināśinī -  death loses its threat and fear forgets its language. And when she is named Parameśvarī, Mahāśakti, Parabrahma-rūpiṇī, all sound dissolves into silence, where the seeker no longer calls her -  because the seeker has become her.
